About the portal
This is the TAKMAK Registration Portal — powered and engineered by TAKMAK for athletics associations and organizers. Client associations (such as Aurangabad District Athletics Association — ADAA) use it to collect official meet registration fees.
What to include in your message
- Registration ID or School Submission ID
- Athlete full name and date of birth
- Meet name or meet code
- Payment method and transaction / UTR ID (if payment related)
- Clear description of the issue
- Screenshot of payment confirmation, if available
Response time
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. During peak registration periods it may take longer. For payment failures, keep your bank/UPI SMS or PhonePe receipt until the issue is resolved.
