These Terms & Conditions govern use of the TAKMAK Registration Portal at https://adaa-regi.web.app, powered and engineered by TAKMAK for licensed meet organizers (including associations such as ADAA).
By submitting a registration or making a payment through this portal, you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of the portal
This website is used to collect athlete and school/club registrations for athletics meets, calculate applicable fees, and record payments. It is not a general e-commerce store.
2. Eligibility
- Athletes must meet the age group and event rules published for each meet.
- Parents, guardians, coaches, or school officials may register minors on their behalf and confirm that the information is accurate.
- The meet organizer may reject or cancel entries that do not meet meet rules or that contain false information.
3. Registration accuracy
You are responsible for providing correct athlete details, contact information, and event selections. Errors may affect eligibility or participation. Request corrections through the Contact page as early as possible, quoting your Registration ID.
4. Fees
- Fees are calculated from the meet configuration (event fees, transaction charges, taxes if any).
- The amount shown as Total Payable on the form is the amount due.
- Fee structures may change for future meets; the amount displayed at the time of your submission applies to that registration.
5. Payments
Online gateway (e.g. PhonePe): Payment is completed on the payment provider’s secure page. A registration is treated as paid only after the gateway confirms successful payment to the licensed organizer.
Manual / QR payment: You pay the displayed amount using the UPI/QR details shown, enter the amount paid and UTR/transaction ID, and upload payment proof if required. The registration remains under verification until the organizer verifies or rejects it.
You must pay the exact Total Payable amount. Underpayment or mismatched UTR may result in rejection.
6. Confirmation
After successful gateway payment or successful submission of a manual registration, keep your Registration ID safe. It is your reference for support and verification.
7. Meet rules and decisions
Event rules, age groups, schedule, venues, and participation decisions are set by the meet organizer. Registration on this portal does not guarantee a specific lane, heat, or prize. Organizer decisions on eligibility and verification are final for portal purposes.
8. Prohibited use
- Submitting false identities, duplicate fraudulent entries, or forged payment proofs
- Attempting to manipulate fees or payment status
- Misusing another person’s payment credentials
- Interfering with the security or operation of the portal
9. Limitation of liability
The portal is provided for registration convenience. To the extent permitted by law, TAKMAK and the licensed organizer are not liable for indirect losses, payment delays caused by banks or payment providers, or inability to participate due to incorrect information supplied by the registrant.

These terms may be updated. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
